“We are very grateful for our 6 day stay in this peaceful studio. It was easy to check in and out, the kitchenette has everything (but a hot plate which we didn’t need). We appreciated a full jug of safe water, great shower, beautiful grounds with dappled shade and several hammocks. Several species of birds in the gated open tree covered area made spending time outside pleasant. We used our shaded porch a lot as well. The location was perfect walking to playa Cocoa in the west, downtown in 8 min.……
