“We had a great time on the island and this property fit our family of 9 adults and 3 kids well. We did breakfast most mornings in the master suite and then lunches on the main floor. Being on the east side we had fantastic sunrises and a shaded pool in the evenings. The 3 kids used the pool every day and the adults cooled off as well. “Stayed here for my 30th birthday party and we enjoyed the home very much! Great location and a FANTASTIC view. We had 11 people stay and we had plenty of space. There were blow-up mattresses there we set up in the living room for those who didn't want to share beds. The pool is perfect and the outdoor areas are very cool. The property management was quick to fix the few issues that we had upon arrival. “This place is amazing. Our room was well designes and very comfortable. I really loved the bathroom! The room has plenty of drinking water, a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. “Ana, our house manager, was absolutely lovely! She sent me a WhatsApp 2 days before we left for our trip to greet me and get our arrival times. She was so responsive anytime we needed anything. She was the absolute best. The house itself was incredible and fit our group of 12 perfectly. "I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious! Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the staff were so thoughtful, even organizing our things neatly. Room service was fast and polite, and there were plenty of fun activities like water volleyball. My partner is very social, and soon the staff all knew us — they always greeted us with big smiles. I also appreciated that no one tried to sell us memberships or packages. We could just relax and enjoy our time. Funny enough, as I was leaving, I actually thought, I want to come back next year — maybe even as a member! Before booking, I saw some mixed reviews from 2023, but everything on this trip exceeded my expectations. The service, food, and atmosphere were all perfect. I highly recommend this resort — it truly made our vacation unforgettable."
