“The room was spotless and we enjoyed being ground floor as we could walk right out to the pool and restaurants. The staff was amazing and attentive. The restaurants were excellent as well as the drinks. Santo Coyote being more expensive than Aqua Bar. There is a Starbucks onsite at the Blue Palm Cafe with more breakfast items than the typical U.S. offerings. If you like coffee in your room instead, you'll need to bring your own K-cups and creamer. This time of year was a bit cooler - low 70's -……

“The rooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. The only issue was the smart and oven came on overnight and melted some pots that were stored inside. Other than that we look forward to comming back to Encantame.”

“! View is amazing!!!pools are great! Condo was Super clean and beds are comfortable . It is a 20 min drive to downtown but I didn’t mind at all… definitely worth it. Food at Restaurant Coyote is not the best…but they have a good customer service I wish they had more food places around. StarBucks staff is not friendly at all!!the morning cashier seems like she hates her job! Front desk staff is amazing and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”
