  • Come enjoy this cute and cozy 1950's beach cottage only a couple of blocks from the beach, Isle of Palms restaurants and night life. Two blocks away from the Harris Teeter grocery store and just steps away from Café Paname with the most delicious lates and croissants one can find! After a breathtaking sunset or sunrise you can walk to a number of excellent restaurants - no need for Uber during your stay.

    This unit is a cozy 350 square feet and has a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen bed pull out couch. It has a small dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. This place is fully equipped for great stay by the beach. Just bring your clothes, flip flops and relax for a great time in Isle of Palms!

    If you need more room check out Apt B it has 2 bedrooms! You could rent unit A the other 1 bedroom as well as Unit B the 2 bedroom and then with Unit C you will have total of 4 bedrooms and the entire triplex!

    This cottage sleeps a maximum occupancy of 4 - however, please note one of the beds is a pullout sofa in a very small living room space. Maximum occupancy is suggested only if children are in the reservation.

    The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

    MAXIMUM 1 VEHICLE PERMITTED. SMALL DRIVEWAY. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS. THERE ARE NOT ADDITIONAL PARKING SPOTS AVAILABLE. DO NOT BRING ADDITIONAL VEHICLES.

    MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS.

    NO PARTIES PERMITTED OF ANY KIND. NOISE ORDINANCE STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES PERMITTED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AND IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. ORDINANCES ENFORCED!!

    Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.

    Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

    Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

    Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are available for rent from Iocal partners.

    All renters are required to sign the digital rental agreement provided by the property management company.

Great accommodation and location. I feel the price was fair for where this is located and the vicinity to the beach.One improvement that could have been made was with communication regarding the host having routine servicing done on the A/C with less than 24 hours notice.

This cottage is charming! The location is excellent and the neighborhood very quiet. Easy access to everything! The unit was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. The 2 of us would stay here again; book the adjacent unit if you have a party larger than 2. The communication with the owner/manager was also terrific. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Perfect for what we needed

This property was incredible! Perfect for our Anniversary trip. 5 min walk to the beach and several locations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Yes, it's small but it was clean, comfortable, and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely visit again.

Perfect space for a weekend getaway

Loved the style and layout of this cottage. Clean nest and stylish. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach is just a few steps away. We could even hears the ocean waves the night we arrived.

Quiet, Cozy and Relaxing

The unit was very clean and comfortable for 2 people. Super comfortable bed. It’s quiet without a lot of traffic. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach! PERFECT!

Super clean, safe and close to the beaches. Loved the extra attention to detail! It is a pretty busy street you have to cross though to get tothe beach. Other than that, no complaints! Perfect weekend.
