This Retro Chic Beach House is the ideal place for your stay on Isle of Palms! We love the perfect rare combination of style and proximity to everything on the island. Retro Chic is the only way to describe this relaxed beach getaway located on 20th Avenue that provides a quiet stay in the heart of quick access on and off the island. The beach, Harris Teeter, restaurants, and shops are all within a 5-minute walk. This home allows for one dog 50 pounds or less with pet fee of $150.

Great house close to the beach

We had a great time at this house. Rooms are set up well for a large family and it comes fully stocked with amenities. Walk to the beach is 10 minutes or less and it’s close to the grocery store and downtown sites. Owners are very kind and responsive.

Amazing home two blocks from the beach!

We very much enjoyed staying here! We had 3 kids that were able to share one room and all the other adults could enjoy their rooms!Great back porch area to hang out on. Good water pressure even with 3 showers going at once.

A perfect getaway

We had a family event in Charleston and my 4 sisters and spouses stayed at this property and couldn't have been happier. Lauren stays in touch and answered every question quickly. We walked to dinner close by and long walks on the beach every day - I highly recommend a stay in this lovely home!

Beautiful Beach House!

This house was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway to the beach with friends! The house was incredibly clean, well-stocked with items we needed and simply cute & comfy! We gladly spent evenings in, playing games (and staying out of the heat). Another major plus is the location: it’s within walking distance of beach access, Harris Teeter, restaurants, coffee, *everything*. I cannot say enough good thing s about this property. I highly recommend you rent this house if you’re looking for a place to stay in Isle of Palms. I hope to return to it next time I’m in the area!
