From any point on the compass, 37 Grand Pavilion is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. This lovely four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath Grand Pavilion home is situated at the ideal coordinates to take advantage of the outstanding Wild Dunes community, North, South, East, and West. Follow your compass to the North, you will immediately discover the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. The Boardwalk stretches out to the ocean and features two oceanfront swimming pools, a beach café, an ice cream shop, a surf shop, a beach bar, and fine dining at the Sea Island Grill. Due East of the home is the Grand Pavilion croquet lawn and the beach. The croquet lawn is the perfect place to pick up a game of football, have a picnic, or play croquet. Beach access is very easy walking down the green grass of the croquet lawn until you get to the warm sand of the famous Isle of Palms Beach! West of 37 Grand Pavilion is the Village at Wild Dunes as well as the Harbor Golf Course and the community playground. On all points of the compass, you will find a dining option (seasonal).
When your perfect beach day is complete, exploring all points on the map, the interior of 37 Grand Pavilion offers outstanding accommodations! This wonderful home is tastefully appointed and extremely comfortable. The main floor features the kitchen, living room, dining room, and master bedroom. Beautiful and polished hardwood floors run throughout the lower level and the kitchen is highlighted with a wraparound kitchen bar, which provides additional seating separate from the dining room table. Ancient oak trees surround the house providing cool shade to the backyard and screen porch. A king bed is featured in the master bedroom on the main floor. Upstairs, you will be delighted to discover that the hardwood flooring continued throughout three spacious bedrooms. Three additional bathrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom on the upper floor has two twin beds and the second a full bed and the final a king.
Additional Amenities Include:
• High-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
• Full-size washer and dryer.
• Parking for four cars.
• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products.

- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
