Thanksgiving beach get away

Beautiful getaway

Wonderful home to share with our adult children especially with the room and numbers of baths. Location is quiet and easy access to the beach. Wonderful communications with management company. They were quick to reply on questions and recommendations on what to do. A delightful stay.

Wonderful long weekend

We stayed at the Sea Sponge for a long weekend with 4 couples total Everyone loved the place. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were all updated. The master suite has a beautiful ocean view. The owners/management company were very responsive to all of our needs. Definitely recommend and would book again.

We met friends here for a week at the beach and had a phenomenal time! The house is spacious, beautiful, and set up really well. The kids said they “want to live there.” Also, the management company is fantastic. We had an issue with our booking and they went above and beyond to make it right. What an amazing weekend we had in this beautiful home! Long time friends, near and far, added another memory to 40 year friendships! The house had everything we needed and more, close to everything, owners/mgt extremely responsive. One of our favorites was sunrise and coffee on the balcony. Highly recommend this home!

We had an amazing stay at the Sea Sponge. We were four moms taking a post-Christmas ladies’ trip. We loved each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The common areas were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. Communication was great and all instructions were clear and comprehensive.

Sea Sponge is Spectacular!

An amazing place to stay with two master suites, a bedroom with its own bath and a bonus bedroom on the main level. Views from the main suite were unbelievable! We spent a great deal of time on the screened-in porch, on the beach (which we had almost to ourselves) and at the pool. Walk to the Links golf course clubhouse, have a good meal at Huey’s or greet your golfers between 17 and 18. Everything was wonderful - a great way to experience Wild Dunes.

Perfect fall getaway at 33 Ocean Point! We’ve brought our kids and grands here for years, and this is the second time we’ve stayed in this gorgeous home. The updates and upgrades this year are fantastic.Hospitality and so many extra, unexpected treats and thoughtful touches put this place over the top. The view, the amenities, the spotless and delightful spaces make this destination a perfect choice for us!

Great time at Sea Sponge

The home was very nice and in a beautiful gated community. The views from the balconies of the pool and ocean a plus. The wooden floors and bathrooms were beautiful. The only issue, was that the jacuzzi was out of order at the community pool and the fireplaces in the home are not for guest use. The communication for check in was convenient to include text reminders. I would rent this home again. Thank you.

Wonderful vacation!

Sea Sponge is an awesome property! I am very picky when it comes to rentals and it met all my expectations. The view is beautiful and the walk to the beach is easy. The house is VERY well stocked with useful items, the beds are comfortable, and it was extremely clean. There was a minor hiccup with some repairs being done to the house while we were there, but communication regarding it was very good. Overall the communication regarding the property was wonderful - before and during our visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Family reunion at the beach!

The house was perfect for our 3 adult children and their significant others. Large gathering area for nightly card games and covered deck for reminiscing. Each bedroom had its own bath and shower which was a great surprise. The beach was a good 10 minute walk down the street and across a golf course trail but well worth the hike. The beach was not very crowded and gave us private beach vibes. We rented a couple of bikes and enjoyed the bike paths that run throughout the Wild Dunes Resort property. I would highly recommend the house & the Isle of Palms for your next vacation.

We were a party of 6. Each couple got their own bedroom and private bath. The house was spotless and was so well kept. The beds were comfy as were the couches and chairs. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make a meal. The pool was located right behind the house so we were able to go back and forth all afternoon. We would definitely rent Sea Sponge house again!

Sea sponge family trip

Sea sponge was a great trip- the entire house was clean updated and nice. Tons of kids board games, sand toys and pool tubes. The closeness to the pool was great and the short walk to the beach was easy. (You hav to walk on the street down a few houses to the beach access)the beach was not as maintained as the beach in front of the hotel but that may have been because of a recent storm. It was also very windy on that beach most likely because you are on the point in this house. it would be nice if some of the back palm trees in the yard were trimmed to better see the ocean view. In all a great house and location.
