60th Girls Birthday Trip

The condo was perfect for our group. Proximity to Charleston allowed for a great mix of sightseeing and relaxing beach time. Condo was clean, provided a wonderful beach view and the spacious bedrooms were a bonus.

Great Birthday at the Beach

Clean, comfortable and a beautiful place. Great view from the porch, long walks on the beach and perfect setup for watching the ACC tourney with our son on his 26th birthday.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing experience at this vacation rental! It was incredibly clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The breathtaking views enhanced our stay, whether enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. I can’t wait to return when the weather is warmer! Highly recommend!

A beautiful place

The condo unit was amazing and we loved the whole Wild Dunes area. We will be back. One unfortunate situation for our kids -- The unit was advertised as having a pool (which was a key factor in our decision) and the pool was filled and cleaned, but a POOL CLOSED sign kept us out for the entirety of our stay.

Perfect Location

Great condo. Right on the beach. Beautiful complex. Nice pool, not crowded even on holiday weekend. Everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals.

Memorial Weekend Stay

Barely noticed construction. Really. Rarely heard ANY noise. Scaffolding is NOT over the unit, so does NOT detract from the amazing beach front views. The semi facing units are vacant, so it is extremely private. The pool is closed, so there is very little noise. Quiet, relaxing stay. Nuff said.

Great Place BUT

We were informed about the ongoing construction prior to booking our stay but we were told that scaffolding would not block our view. Well if you can tolerate the construction noise from7:30 to 4:30 and their is NOISE plus scaffolding supports blocking your view then it is a great place.

Everything you need for a great vacation!

The condo was great overall. Even though the building was under construction, it didn’t affect our stay. Room was clean and had everything you need for the week. Only issue we had was the property manager. I wit mention names but she was not a happy camper. Not helpful at all and seemed to always complain about other people and things while on calls with customers. Maybe she needs a vacation!

Right on the Beach

This was a nice, clean property. It was directly on the beach, which is a huge plus. Pictures are accurate! Property manager was excellent to work with. The building is in the process of being renovated, and the part that is complete looks fabulous. My family of four really enjoyed our stay here. The location (overall) was excellent. Non-smoking unit, also was a huge plus! Some things to note if considering renting here: Rental did not have a K-cup/pod coffee machine, which surprised me. There aren't any fans in the bedrooms, or exhaust fans in the bathrooms... The actual drive to the property from the mail road is just over 2 miles. Stove and refrigerator could use updating (they worked, just didn't seem to match with overall interior condition)...

A good retreat

This unit was really good. It was in a great location away from the crowds. Had great accessories in the unit to cook meals. Just as it was advertised. There was one downfall. It was hot and there were strict instructions to keep the A/C only on auto and not lower than 73. There are no ceiling fans in any of the rooms and there was no airflow moving to keep cool. We ended up going to Walmart and buying 3 small fans and flying back with them when we left. If the A/C is going to be limited then at least provide fans for the renters to use while they are there.

Seascape Golf Weekend

The property is under construction, which was shared by the Property Management company before the booking was fully committed to. They did call and suggest I read the fine print regarding the construction, I did, but did not see where the pool area and pool was closed fully. The elevators did not work well or at all when we visited,. The Management company Carroll Realty was great to respond to that issue. The condo itself was more the issue, it is not maintained very well. For example, the patio door does not lock, leaving items unsecure. Both toilets had issues, one clogged with just toilet paper (there is a plunger) the primary just runs continuously. There are stains on the bath ceiling above the tub, seems to be mold, the fridge has no working light, there are other items to list but just some advice, spend your money elsewhere, for a couple hundred more I should have stayed elsewhere in Isle of Palms. Would not stay again
