"The staff were excellent, the property was very clea, I had the single room and it was very spacious. Excellent location for the beach, great breakfast. All in all 5 star."

"Right on the busy harbour, walking distance to supermarkets, pubs, beach etc. Room single, had a noise I didnt like, so gratefully moved to double with window to flower and greenery view. Staff very helpful, so enjoyed my stay despite a TV problem which was solved. Not fancy, pub noise aplenty. Would come again."

"Room was small but cosy, decorated very nicely and I loved the fact that we could sit on terrace outside our room, with sea view. Breakfast, superb choice and very nice, I had eggs Benedict. Guy serving was very helpful and friendly. Only downside here, is there is no parking. It’s a shame the hotel doesn’t hv some kind of arrangement with the local council to offer subsidised parking for guests. Obv local council want people to visit Broadstairs, so why is parking so expensive. Anyway regardless I would def stay again and def recommend this hotel."

"Clean airy room, they had plenty of towels and clean bedding. They had put the trundle bed out ready which I thought was nice. They had ample parking which was really useful. The room had some aspects which felt a little cheap, the kettle wouldn’t shut properly, the sink wouldn’t unplug, which was annoying when brushing our teeth, and the curtains nearly fell from the wall when trying to close them."
