“The family who owns this Motel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hampton Beach is know for its lackluster Motels, NOT this place! It might not look like much from the outside but the room was updated, the bed was very very comfortable, mini fridge, microwave, no gross carpets. Smells nice. The bedding smells very nice as well and high quality. Its a block off the main drag so its quiet which is a plus! More than worth the price. You really get what you pay for in this area. Definitely……

“I’m grateful to find this room available on a random trip. I was tired of traveling and needed to sleep. The room was very clean but not well equipped for October temperatures. A sheet and one skinny blanket did little to keep me warm enough through the night. Otherwise, I had a terrific hot shower in the morning. ”

“This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. We look forward to this weekend all year and this year was no different. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up.
