"Stay was double booked. When we arrived, there were already people there and those people had already made a mess of the place. Owner offered to kick those people out, but we didn’t feel like staying in a dirty place so we left. Owner said that she would give me a full refund, but VRBO fought me me on it and I have received less than half of my money back for a place I didn’t even get to stay in. I messaged the owner and vrbo repeatedly most recently a week ago and no response. Be very cautious...
