Prachtige streek, prachtig weer en prachtig landgoed! Het feit dat wij moederziel alleen met ons tweetjes, en ons hondje, op het domein verbleven, was daar uiteraard niet vreemd aan. Zeer gulle en klantvriendelijke ontvangst. Eenvoudig maar fijn restaurantje op loopafstand. Bergerac, Mussidan, Périgueux en Sarlat niet zo ver weg. Een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Alles aan deze accommodatie is nagenoeg perfect. - Ontvangst uitstekend (door N ...

Alles aan deze accommodatie is nagenoeg perfect. - Ontvangst uitstekend (door NL-se dame), zelfs een welkomstpakketje met vers stokbrood en kaas die op temperatuur was laten komen. - Accommodatie fantastisch gerenoveerde boerderij, goed uitgeruste keuken, heel veel ruimte (we waren met twee volwassenen en één baby, dus dan heb je dat al snel in een huisje voor zeker zes man), fijne sfeervolle veranda met gasbbq, ruime badkamers met goed werkende installaties. Als er al ruimte voor verbetering is, zou een bank in de woonkamer niet misstaan, er staan nu 4 (comfortabele!) stoelen. - Buitenterrein en uitzicht Kan bijna niet beter. De boerderij ligt op een heel groot terrein (je kan de omheining vanaf het huis niet zien), er zijn heel veel sierbloemen en planten die goed zijn bijgehouden. Het zwembad is groot (10 meter) en vanaf daar heb je uitzicht op het dorpje Issac (bestaande uit vijf huizen, een kerk en een restaurant). Comfortabele (en veel) ligstoelen. Grote, sfeervolle oprit met bomen aan weerszijden. - Omgeving erg mooi en rustig. We hebben bijna iedere dag hardgelopen (erg heuvelachtig). Voor dagtripjes zijn de dorpjes Périgueux (30 min rijden) en Bergerac (even ver) of de honderden wijngaarden rondom Bergerac (idem) leuk. Er zijn 2 hele grote supermarkten op 15 min rijden beschikbaar. Alles komt wel met één kanttekening. Wij hadden het onverwachte geluk dat de andere vakantiewoning (de boerderij bestaat uit twee woningen, die het buitenterrein natuurlijk delen) tijdens ons verblijf niet verhuurd was. Is dat wel het geval, dan zal je bovenstaande weelde dus moeten delen. Het terrein is zó ingericht dat je elkaar nauwelijks hoeft tegen te komen, maar vanaf de veranda bij déze woning zal je andere gebruikers van het zwembad, de trampoline en het vele gras (denk aan spelende inderen) waarschijnlijk niet kunnen missen. Het is daarom te overwegen om zelfstandig, met een grote familie, bevriende stellen met kinderen etc. beide woningen samen te huren. Dat zullen wij in ieder geval doen als we terugkeren, dat dat zal gebeuren staat vast.

super ontvangst, super accommodatie, schoon, groot, alles aanwezig, ook spelletjes, leesboeken, ontvangstmand, alle eerste benodigdheden, prachtig zwembad, veel stoelen, altijd iemand bereikbaar, rustige, mooie omgeving, geen last van ander verhuurd huis, veel parkeergelegenheid, heerlijke vakantie, echtpaar en 4 kinderen, door mindere weer veel kunnen bezichtigen, Bordeaux prachtige stad, goed aan te rijden.
