“I would highly recommend this place! It was very clean and the owner was very accommodating to our needs and her response time to answer questions was excellent. One of the very nice benefits to staying here was the nice little amenities that we there. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent for the washer, coffee/tea bar and even a few items were left from prior renters (butter, ketchup, spices and oil). This was great since we stayed in to cook one night and didn't have to buy……

“We had a great visit. There are some nice restaurants and other places to visit within a short drive, bus or light rail ride. This VRBO is very nicely furnished and decorated. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area is nicely set up.”

“The townhouse is well built and full of amenities. The coffee, creamer, olive oil, and the chocolate made the morning feel like home. The kitchen is equipped with everything one would need; it is a real kitchen. The king bed was comfortable and the linens were just the right weight for sleep. The rooftop was fabulous with sunrise vistas of mountains to the east and water views to the south. Communication was clear and proactive. “The house was adorable! My teen daughter and her teen cousin stayed downstairs in the twin bed room and they absolutely loved it and had so much privacy. The rooms were clean and cute and cozy. The outside seating was a perfect little spot for wine time with my sister. 2 families ( 4 adults, and 2 teen girls) fit just perfectly in this cozy little cottage. The location is very close to all the major attractions. My family from Florida My sister’s framily from Georgia .. we all rate this place……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”
