We booked a room for our dad having a layover flight. He doesn’t speak English or Turkish, and he has some physical restrictions. We did message the staff on the Expedia app and asked them to stay in touch with us through WhatsApp about our father. They went above and beyond to update us about our dad and help him around the hotel. Can’t say enough about how I appreciate them🙏🙏 Highly recommend this place as it is clean and has staff that actually cares about your stay. Super close to the IST airport too btw.
