The environment and the rooms were clean and of top standard. However, I didn't like that all information in the hotel were only in Turkish language and almost all the staff speak only Turkish.

Stay away from this hotel. This hotel is NOT a 5*. This hotel is a 3* at BEST. The food was terrible gave me stomach pains. None of the staff speak English. The hotel and rooms are old and dated. The staff don’t have a clue what they are doing and are very rude. No taxis available have to wait 20/30mins for the hotel to call one. The room smells of damp. I can go on all day. Disaster stay

The poorest 5 star hotel

We never experienced the worst 5 star hotel on the world. The public area has no any A/C in July. The hotel pool are was chartered by a wedding family and it was still noisy with a bend to midnight. The breakfast is pretty poor and is similar to 2 star motel level.

Otele iş donusu yorgun bir sekilde ulaştığımda ben ve baska bir aile asansor sorunuyla karşılaştık. Durumu ilgiliye bildirdiğimizde, resepsiyondaki çalışanların tutumu hiç hos degildi.!!! önce bir köşeye oturup düzelmesini bekledik fakat düzeldiğini haber veren dahi olmadı ! biz sorduğumuzda düzeldiği söylendi Tekrar asansor tarafına yürüdük ki aynı arıza devam ediyor ! tekrar söylediğimizde Kendileri kontrol bile etmeden bize ortadaki asansore gitmemiz soylendi. Fakat onlarda calismiyordu. Bu yorgunlugun uzerine hem orta asansore yurumek zorunda kalinip hemde asansor calisma durumunu birkaç kez müşteri olarak bizler kontrol etmek zorunda kaldik . Sonuç , tabiki çalışmıyordu ve yürüyerek katlarımıza çıktık. Orta yada üst katlarda bir oda olsaydı rezervasyonu kesin iptal ederdim ! neyseki alt katlardaydı Teknik olarak ariza tabiki yasanabilir. Ama otel gibi bir yerde asansor kontrolleri bakimlari en ust duzeyde olmali! Bunu yaşamak zorunda değildik ,

The hotel was greasy and you could feel it from the very beginning of your stay. It was dark and dirty. The carpet had huge stains, dirt, and abandoned items (for example, an armrest and an umbrella). The outdoor pool is large, but it was not possible to access it. The neighboring area (poolside and sunbeds) is however very dirty like the rest of the hotel. The lifts are missing keys and some are broken. The rooms are dark and poorly maintained. In the room where I stayed there must have been two double beds, but upon our arrival we found that there was only one double and one single bed. The room was dirty: you couldn't see out the windows so dirty were the glass. The mirror fell off and no one bothered to pull it up before we arrived. The leather chair had a hole in it as well as the sheets of the single bed. The upholstery was broken in places. The sheets had crumbs, but none of us ate in the room. The terrace, like the rest, had dirty floor and railing. The breakfast was of poor quality and the dining room was dirty despite having had breakfast at opening time, probably it was the remains of the previous day's dinner. During our overnight stay we were able to observe the presence of a bat in the hall, which fluttered over the heads of the customers. A bad smell lingers throughout the hotel. Finally, the Wi-Fi works poorly.

We came to the hotel at 02:00 PM, but got our room two hours later, because in first room was no electricity. In the second room AC remote didn't work and safe box been replaced. The hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible. Carpet on the first floor needs to be replaced.

Hotel da scarso una stella

Struttura e arredi vecchi. Corridoi sporchissimi, con moquette piena di macchie. Nella camera, maleodorante, ho trovato un asciugamani sporchissimo e una mascherina usata nel cestino, cosa che mi fa molto pensare sulle predisposizioni anti COVID, senza contare che non tutto il personale indossava le mascherine, così come molti degli altri ospiti della struttura, cui nessuno ha fatto notare nulla. È la prima volta, inoltre, che pago al check in.
