The hotel is very clean, had an excellent buffet breakfast. We got an early check in and late checkout as promised. It is very close to the beach and the downtown shopping. The hotel restaurant has a good lunch buffet.

Hotel Staff was amazing. Hotel Manager and Front desk always ready to help and make the stay feel great. We got a room upgrade due to Expedia selling something that was not available. They made it less stressful at the hotel and made us feel welcome no matter what.

Hotel staff was great. Management and front desk made us feel welcome. They were ready to help. Expedia made a mistake by selling us a room that was not available. The hotel made it seem like it's not a problem and we got an upgrade and they made it easy and stress free.

Great location, but outdated rooms. Especially the bathrooms. I booked the presidential suite, which is a great big space but looks really outdated. Front desk staff and bell men were great. So was the lady at the pool and housekeeping. Breakfast was not great, compared to other hotels in Brazil. After the first day, I decided it was not worth waking up for. But again, location is great.

Férias com família

Gostamos muito da estadia e fomos muito bem atendidos pelo staff. Funcionários Alice, Rafael, Cristiano, além dos outros, muito prestativos, solícitos e simpáticos. O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior e ter um espelho de corpo inteiro e toalhas de banho mais novas ( precisam ser urgentemente renovadas) mas dormimos bem e a ducha era realmente boa. Café da manhã farto e opções do restaurante muito boas a preço justo, tanto no almoço como jantar. Entorno seguro e muitas opções de comércio desde farmácia a mercados e restaurantes. Muito perto da praia. Estacionamento um pouco salgado (40 a diária) Voltaremos com certeza!

Equipe atenciosa, bem localizado, camas confortáveis e quarto bem limpo. Cafe da manha é bom mas se torna repetitivo depois de alguns dias. Tamanho do quarto um pouco apertado para familia de 4 mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Me hospedaria novamente.

Ótima estadia em Balneário Camboriú

Hotel bem localizado, na Avenida Brasil, uma das principais avenidas comerciais de Balneario Camburiu, próximo a bares, restautantes, lojas e a uma quadra da avenida Litorânea. Check-in e check-out rápidos e efeicientes. Atendimento cordial em todos os momentos. Ótimo café da manhã. Hotel com excelentes instalações, somente o quarto que poderia ser um pouco maior, mas nada que comprometa a qualidade do que foi oferecido. Recomendo e pretendo me hospedar novamente na próxima viagem a Balneário Camboriú.

Já havia ficado no hotel há uns anos e achado excelente, mas o tempo passa. Além do valor acima da média (inclusive da diária do estacionamento) ao menos o meu quarto tinha algumas tabuas do carpete de madeira estufadas por conta de umidade, o mesmo em relação ao móvel de cabeceira. A torneira da pia do banheiro também estava meio solta. Pela categoria deveria haver mais cuidado com isso. No mais tudo muito bom, o café, algumas cortesias (ingresso do Cristo luz, uma água de 1,5 litros)

Deixou muito a desejar! Desde o alagamento de uma parte do chão do quarto (1002) porque houve problemas com o ar condicionado. Eles disseram que aquele quarto era um upgrade, porém é obvio que não se trata disso, ao contrário deve ter havido overbooking e tiveram que dar uma solução Saliente_se que tivemos que mudar para outro péssimo (1019), com porta do armário que não fechava, o chão bem antigo a ponto de haver partes do piso estourado, o secador de cabelo dando curto e não podia utilizar, aliado a que o funcionário Sr Fábio ou Flávio (?) foi de uma grosseria sem par, alegando que eu estava estressada e não ele. Ora ninguém normal ficaria tranquila se entrasse em um quarto de hotel as 23 horas e molhasse os sapatos numa poça de água na entrada e foi uma noite acordada, pois o ar desse quarto também está com problema! O cofre tinha tanta ferrugem que a porta nem fecha! Ou seja! Eu que ja sou cliente do restaurante á bastante tempo, ao hotel não sei se voltarei ! Enfim

Sempre tive este hotel como minh casa em BC. O atedimento inicial muito bom como sempre. Pedi um upgrade, me encaminhou para o quarto super antigo, piso e mobiliário descascando e parecia que estava na rua. Pedi para mudar, a mesma coisa + e pior um quarto passando por remendos, colchoes desconfortaveis ja fiquei em quartos novos por isso. Era melhor me deixar no que eu reservei e acomodacão atual. Nao sei se volto a me hospedar no Marimar
