The only drawback was the breakfast, but I suspect they might still be refining it since they were finishing the season. 「Beautiful location. The Trullos are unique. Sleeping under a dome is very relaxing. The bedrooms could do with more shelving. Had to leave clothes in luggages on the floor. In the off season, each individual Trullo pool is unheated. I was still able to swim my laps in 20 degrees water. Quite invigorating! Others might not venture at this temperature. The daily included breakfasts were delicious and very healthy. A car is essential as this is true Puglia country living. Expect drive at least...

「Amazing ! The most beautiful hotel I’ve been to. It is dreamy. A few items to note that are strange for such an high end hotel: not all rooms have bathrobes? Only the bigger suites, which is a weird thing to do considering the price, and for a Michelin grade hotel too… first time I’ve seen this. Also, selection of drinks is limited. Other than that, the service was amazing, the location amazing, loved it. Thank you!」

「Absolutely stunning property the farmhouse finished to a very high standard with exceptional pool and ground areas The food is all locally sauced or grown on the grounds exceptional cakes for breakfast the evening menu is changed daily with local dishes a speciality staff are amazing nothing too much bother will definitely come back 」
