The house has a 1,300 sqm lawn with fruit trees; you will find a swing, slide and sandpit 10 m away at the guest house. A small stream runs past the house, the babbling of which has a calming effect. The entire first floor is for your exclusive use, the ground floor only contains the landlord's garage. Opposite is the owner's 350-year-old inn with two holiday apartments. The traditional cuisine offered there with products from their own farm ensures the best culinary pleasure. Here, away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the beauty of the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbühel Alps in a natural landscape.

Great for active people: Cyclists receive a 5% discount on bike rentals (e-bikes, mountain bikes, etc.) in Hopfgarten. The holiday home is located directly on cycle path no. 14 (Kitzbühel Alps); hikes and Nordic walking are also possible directly from the house. Guided hikes are offered by the municipality (some for a fee) - cycling and hiking information is available on site.

Activities nearby: The region offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling and relaxing in pure, fresh Alpine air. In the mountains, rustic alpine huts are waiting to be discovered by you on countless hiking and biking trails. In the Kitzbühel Alps region, there are around 2,500 kilometers of official hiking trails and 812 kilometers of cycle paths - the marked routes lead up to 2,400 meters in altitude for every fitness level and every requirement. Tip: The Hexenwasser adventure park is definitely worth seeing; the entrance in Söll is only 3 km from the house.
