「Rooms not as described extremely misleading imagery on here and we tried two. Both were dirty handprints all over surfaces, rooms smelled of smoke, cracked sink, dirty bath, old beds the list goes on. We asked for another room then asked for our money back after being given a second similar room, refund of any kind was refused although expedia offered 100 euro of 1000 for 5 nights. 「The room was really bad. We had an annex suite. It looks like a student dorm. Not a 4 star hotel. Honestly I saw university dorms that looked better. The pool was ice cold in October. No heating. Almost nobody in the water because of this. Too bad. The food was pretty good, staff was mostly nice. Animation team with some kids activities.
