"Geothermal pool was a welcome addition. Breakfasts has many choices and food wad goo. Very classy. I would have preferred being closer to Izmir city, but transportation in and out of town was reasonable. Staff were very helpful with requests"

"I chose this for my 1st night in Turkey because of the thermal spa facilities. The pools saunas and jacuzzis were very nice although there is a surcharge to use them. My room was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was huge and a great introduction to Turkish breakfast."

"Rooms were clean and the amenities were good. Staffs were kind and tried to help even though the language were not perfect to both of staffs and guests. Breakfast was fair and the taste good. The location of the hotel was in the bazar(traditional market place) and didn't have a owned parking space for self driving guests. So it was confused to park my vehicle for me. It's location was very close to the Agora of Smyrna(the old historical ruin) in 7 minutes by walking. If a guest want to visit...

"I experienced wonderful service at all the hotels I stayed in in Turkey- 5 over 8 nights - but the friendliness & service of the staff at the Renaissance surpassed everyone. We were welcomed warmly, and there was atmosphere of genuine helpfulness. The breakfasts & restaurant staff were amazing.
