“Positiv:
Zustand & Sauberkeit:
Zimmergestaltung:
Das Zimmer ist ansprechend und modern eingerichtet.
Kritikpunkte:

“I stayed from Mar 24 and check out Mar 28 in Swissotel Izmir with poor expenses below
First night, when I went to bed and tried to off all lightings but I couldn’t even tried using Master Off repeatedly, finally, technician came to fix it by manipulating the setting in the in-room control panel without sorry, that was 01:00.
Second day, after whole day work outside and returned the room, bed was made and bottle water refilled, however, toilet was dirty but not cleaned, long hair on bathtub (I……
“Sehr schönes Hotel, super zentral gelegen. Angenehmes Publikum, freundliches Personal. Bequeme Betten, gute Produkte im Bad (Atelier Rebul), starkes Wlan. Ich würde wieder kommen.”
“The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station.
If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.”
“
The hotel is located in a very quiet alley but not remote. It's easy to walk to center and museum.there are many convenience stores and restaurants near by .which are very convenient. The staff are also very nice and professional, and the rooms was clean and tidy. I strongly recommend if I come back Izmir I would staying here again .”
“I do not believe they know the definition of a boutique hotel.
Service: I traveled to Izmir to visit my customers in Manisa 4 times per year and I always staying at the different hotels. The staff in Met hotel are very need some on-job training, not mentioned that their English level is really hard to communicate. I cannot believe that I even had a fight with them during my stays.
Breakfast - The food and atmosphere is decent but the lady served the breakfast is very nice.……
“Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good.
Ease of visit: We stayed two nights and it was very convenient from the metro to and for the airport and Selçuk (Ephesus).
Food: Breakfast was various options for the food and drink. The food was delicious for us!
Staff: The staff was nice and helpful.”
“Doppelbett Zimmer hat einen kleinen Kleiderschrank , Bad klein, keine Abstellmöglkchkeit von Bad-Hygieneartikel. Preis-Leistung für Doppelbetzimmer stimmt nicht. Für längere Aufenthalt unpraktisch. Da wir länger als eine Woche gebucht haben wurde uns entgegen gekommen und ein Familienzimmer zugewiesen.
Das Hotel ist alt aber hat eine Seele.”
