We notified the owner, and he offered a partial refund. He said it would not be possible to provide the air conditioning that was represented in his listing. “The caretaker met us at the main road and escorted us to the property, which is well maintained. He also offered to be on call for any needs such as picking up items for us at the local grocery. The grounds are lovely and the pool cleaned daily. The interior of the home has a bit of an industrial vibe as almost everything is made of concrete except the mattresses. “The mark of any good rental is if you would rent it again - and l look forward to renting this again for a longer period. A really upscale single family house in a nice gated neighborhood. The 3 br 2 ba house was awesome with a newer pool, outdoor shower and cabana(?). The inside was clean, bedding and towels looked new. Beach access very easy by way of a boardwalk through the area over the stream. The black sand beach stretches for miles in either direction as far as one can see. The ocean is……
