"The area is quiet and a convenient store was about a 10 mins walk away. We were looking for something close to the airport for an early flight out of Osaka but I wouldn't recommend staying here and communicating to Dotonbori or to other surrounding area of Osaka as it is a far drive. We were in room 101 which is next to the living room/kitchen and the entry, probably the worst room. I had to get up and tell some guest to stop yelling at each other. We were woken up by people at midnight, 2am , 4 am and 7am. People were rude and were not respecting any rules from the managers.... "

"Lovely hotel, slightly away from the busy area but directly above Kitahama station so very convenient for getting around. The 62 bus stops nearby which takes about 10 mins to / from Osaka Castle.
The breakfast buffet was good value at 2300Y. It was varied and plentiful with a good selection of food & drink. There were some nice local restaurants nearby including Lien which is great fun and just across the road.
We had a triple room for 2 people which meant we had a bit of space and it was beautifully quiet.
There were lots of extras included - pyjamas, slippers, a free drink every day. There were also some amazing free face-masks & beauty products - we looked 10 years younger after a 26 hour journey from the UK!"

Great dining, shopping, and entertainment close by. The room was simple, quiet, clean and comfortable and just what we needed to get a good nights rest. "Wonderful hotel. Our room was huge and appeared brand new. It was immaculate with far reaching city views. The housekeeping was excellent and unobtrusive. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine. It was completely silent with true blackout blinds and we slept so well in the super king bed. It was a little walk to Namba station but through the attractive covered shopping and restaurant arcade.
