“The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and helpful during my stay! (the welcome glass of bubbles was a nice touch).
Also, the nice lady who works evenings organized my wake up call and to-go breakfast one morning.
The gentleman behind the bar during breakfast, making the coffees, was a delight. Polite, attentive and great service.

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too.
The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“Reception staff were helpful. Check in was quick and was given a room at 2 PM even though check in began at 3 PM since one was cleaned and available. I was given another key without any problems when I left mine in the room.
