“Loved my stay”

“I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. She also denied us a first floor and have us two rooms in the 2nd floor all the way in the back. My group is over 62 years old and we had……

“The room was clean when we arrived and the view of the ocean was great. Downside is that we had to ask for clean linens and towels because they did not show up to clean our room at all. The breakfast was same food every morning and the best part was just a normal waffle. For the price you get what you pay for I guess.”

“Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.”

“Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 3:30 PM for our scheduled 4:00 PM check-in and were not given a room until 6:45 PM. After waiting nearly three hours past check-in time, we expected the room to at least be in good condition, but that was not the case. The Wi-Fi did not work, and when we contacted management for assistance, we were told someone would come help us. No one ever showed up. “The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. After we got home, the property management sent me a bill for $40 for the coffee stained towels. I paid the bill, but we will……

“I trusted the recent reviews and took a chance on this place. Had to wait 10 minutes for the clerk To come to the desk for me to check in. I don’t mind, but then I saw the room. One bed had blood on both blankets and pubic hair on the sheets. The other bed had insects crawling on top. Two Roaches were spotted crawling on the wall. The three children I travels with literally slept on top of their suitcases. If I had more money why and was t exhausted from driving 9 hours, we would have left. I……

“The only thing that I can say was ok was the breakfast. I specifically searched for a hotel with pool and hot tub. I attempted calling before I booked to confirm that they were actually working but no one ever answered. The pool and hot tub are down because the water had to be tested and apparently it’s been down for at least a month maybe more. The first room we got, the bathroom door would not close right the staff moved us and the next room had the same problem with the closet door. Then we……
