---THE PROPERTY---
You'll fall in love with this home & it's private setting on Norris Lake. Parking is easy & convenient with plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. Vaulted ceilings, exposed timber beams & floor-to-ceiling windows provide an inviting and open atmosphere for you to enjoy your stay! Launch your boat or jet skis at a public boat launch which is about 1/4 mile away. If you need to rent a boat, you can do this at the Mountain Lake Marina (a full-service marina with boat rentals, restaurant/grille, ice cream shop) which is less than 1/2 mile away! Don't feel like boating...enjoy the easy walk to the lake (very gradual and manageable for elderly or young children with NO steps!) to enjoy some sun on the private dock or to go for a swim!

Enjoy the fastest internet on the lake! We have high speed fiber optic to our cabin & wifi at our dock.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for the whole group including modern appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, baking cookware, Keurig Coffee maker, silverware & more!

The Main Floor Includes:
- 2 Bedrooms with queen beds in each room, walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings & private full baths!
-Kitchen has a sit-at island, a 10-person dining table a high-top table that totals seating for 18 people!
-Well decorated living room has plenty of furniture, a gas fireplace, along with an amazing view of Norris Lake!

Upstairs:
-1 oversized bedroom with full bath (tub/shower), closet & child crib (video monitors, baby monitors, pack & play, and baby accessories are provided.

Lower Level:
-2 large bedrooms with queen beds (1 has an additional bunk bed), full bathrooms (tub/shower), walk-in closets
-1 bunk bedroom that has 3 bunk beds and a craft table for the kids.
-Living area with flat screen tv, oversized sectional, ping pong table/paddles, pub table/chairs, wet bar, mini fridge, Play Station & Wii games, bean bag chair, board games

Step outside:
-Covered upper-level deck with outdoor dining table seating 10 people. Gas grill, patio furniture and lake views!
-Lower-level concrete patio features hanging porch swing. Cornhole boards/bags.
-EASY WALK TO THE LAKE to an exterior deck just before the lake with sitting area. Private dock with lake ladder, 3- free kayaks to use along with a canoe!

General:
-Linens & towels provided (may be a good idea to bring along a few more in case you need extra). Assortment of life jackets, water toys, noodles etc. Basic soaps provided. Washer/Dryer provided with drying/folding counter.
