「This was my first time staying at a VRBO property and Althea set the bar VERY high. The property is in a convenient location near IU’s campus and stores such as Target. The unit was spotless and very well appointed. They thought of all the little details!! My family was comfortable here. Althea is so responsive and easy to deal with. We look forward to many stays in this apartment over the next four years. Thank you for an amazing stay during our first college move in. 」

「In town for fraternity Dads Weekend and IU/UCLA football game. Host was great at communicating and for what I needed #1 a bed to sleep in that’s all this bungalow was perfect . I even got a parking spot not on street which was nice. 」

「Reserved this property initially but host contacted me a week or so before our stay was to begin and told me this property was no longer available. Host offered full refund or stay next door. I noticed from next door listing we were losing a bedroom and a second story deck which we had been very excited to use. When I pointed the loss of the bedroom and deck, Host offered to discount the stay at the property next door which was acceptable. Place was easy to get into, clean, and nicely...

「The cottage is so cute, cozy, and comfortable.The hot tub is nice and perfect to relax in after a day of hiking or shopping in town.Marisa knew we were celebrating our anniversary and had snacks, a beautiful card, and decorations.Be aware- if you need a full second bedroom- it’s just the sofa bed. The listing indicates that, but if you’re not paying attention, it could be missed.」
