“The positives: This was my first experience in a rental. I was very impressed with the effort that was put forth by the owner. I rented a studio, which was quite large. The kitchen appliances were all full size and appeared to be brand new and of excellent quality. There was plenty of closet space and a huge king sized bed with a significant number of quality pillows. The bath was ample sized and included a new subway tile bathtub/ shower combo. Lighting was superb in the bath and in the main……

“Super easy to find, which I was not expecting. There was just a few minor things that caught me off guard. There were ants and lady bugs inside, but it’s winter and not that big of a deal. There was no top sheet on the bed and that seemed a bit unsanitary to me. There also was old makeup on a “clean” towel. I didn’t see the makeup until I was already using the towel, that grossed me out as well. Overall a great place for the price though ”
