「Immediately found several cockroaches in the room. Bed linens were ripped. Window was broken and could not be closed. Immediately checked out and requested a refund.」

「We were in for a graduation. The space is as described and pictured. It was in the upper 80's the entire time we were there and the AC plus the fan kept it cool in there (for those of us from south Texas). I was particularly impressed with the mattress and pillows. They were very comfortable and not like normal Vrbo's where the pillows go flat middle of the night. Would definitely stay again. The host gave good specific instructions before we arrived that was appreciated. Only thing is that if...

「We throughly enjoyed our stay. Jeff and Diane were very communicative and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us in any way, including when a storm came through and our power went out. They made sure we were well taken care of and helped find a solution quickly. We truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to make our week-long stay there as comfortable and easy as possible.」

「The reviews for this place have to be fake. It's a dump. Wouldn't stay there. We immediately left and found another room. Beware. Bed bugs」

「Great place - just as described!!!!」

「I am sad to report, it’s the first time I left and found a new hotel to stay in within 5 minutes of arriving.」

「The place appeared unkept on the outside. There were cigarette buts on the walkway and the tiles were broken. I thought it was strange for a bed to be in the living room and the second bedroom had a table and chairs in it. The bathroom lights were bare light bulbs. It’s an old house and needs some fixing up. It was adequate for our needs.」

「Wasn’t bad but felt weird host didn’t meet in person and was living above me made me and my service pup sketchy towards the end of the night. I think if they would’ve at least met me, (I would wanna know who’s in my basement also) it might’ve not made it so weird」

「Kimberly was a great host with very thorough communication. We were comfortable and had plenty of space. I would have given our stay a 5 stay except it wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be for a five star property nor was the bed as comfortable (which also had very flat pillows) as we would have liked. Overall, the location was great for the events/activities we attended and the host was quick to respond.」

「We felt so welcomed here! The staff was super nice, and our room was cozy and spotless. Perfect for a romantic getaway!」

「Nice area to stay in, place was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures. Clean rooms and fresh linens. Shops nearby and great restaurants. Host was friendly and communicative.」

「This location was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It was a great space for our family to spend the weekend and make memories together. Seeing the the horses outside along woth wildlife (deer and turkeys) made it even more special. Thank you for such a great location both inside and outside!」

「Very cute place and it is stocked with what you need. Seasonings are provided which is nice」

「Beautiful property, as-pictured, clean lake with clear water, and very responsive host!」

「I have stayed here before and had great experience. There were a couple of snafoos when I arrived but everything worked out in the end. The stairs going up to my place were not ideal but I survived. I want to thank Rebecca for all her help and kindness. I want to thank the wonderful Kenton for coming down the next morning to do a great job getting my room in tip top shape. And last but not least, Scott. He came down from the Pub to reset my lock to make sure I would be completely safe. I...

「Overall good stay」

「Everything was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. 」

「House was so cozy and clean, the property was beautiful and the host was so nice and accommodating. She had information about different restaurants, stores and things to do near by, had print outs about things around the house and a check out list to help everything go smoothly, she even had a generous wine basket set up when we first got there and even had cinnamon rolls for in the morning.」

「Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property is an older facility but was well maintained and clean. Many places within walking distance and quite area. The one comment is accessing the key fob was not easy. The lock box blends into the wall and is somewhat...
