“It was clean, very quiet and cozy the kitchen had everything needed to cook, the air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom was clean and spacious the hot water was perfect, the beds were extremely extremely comfortable and it was very spacious inside the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying here again if I need to go back to Batesville I absolutely loved the place!!!”

“Incredibly spacious! This property is HUGE! It was so great for us because we had 7 adults stay here and there was plenty of room to spare. The kitchen was awesome with all the amenities you need and more. Close to everything with easy access to many different food and coffee shops. While we did not use it, this property even has an elevator available for those that may have difficulty with stairs. If you have a light sensitivity while you sleep, be aware that there is a fair amount of light……

“Very unique and charming, comfortable, and had a laundry in our bin, one of the owners employees was there and showed us one of the other bins very nice, and shared the story of how they were built. Nice area with a large pond for fishing .”

“The host was welcoming and very responsive to our messages. I loved the charm and location . There was lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance .Parking was very nice because of multiple free parking areas. The space was good for two people and a small dog. Everything worked and was clean. My only recommendation would be for a larger bed . It was comfortable and queen size but difficult to accommodate two people, one being a tall person. ”

“The host was attentive and communicative. It is 'cozy' (small)--but priced accordingly and we really just needed a place to sleep. It could have been a bit cleaner (small amount of debris under the bed, the shower has a bit of mold, and while the sheets seemed clean--they are black and seemed to have white dog hair on them). Convenient parking and close to a Perk and Post drive-thru coffee.”

“This was the best/nicest VRBO and AirB&B that I have ever stayed in. Britt was very prompt and accurate with his replies to my questions. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped (thought I didn't use anything except a mug and the microwave). Temperature inside the apartment remained steady and comfortable from a chilly arrival day to a very hot departure day. The bathroom is spotless, furniture and furnishings are new. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this host and……
