「I room was clean, conveniently located, very friendly staff.The only thing I could complain about is more places to hang your clothing and some drawers and hooks.」

「All about the details! A wonderful little place with all the amenities you could need and then some. The attention to detail from the owners is evident - makeup towels, collapsible hooks/hangers, stacking shelves and 2 collapsible luggage racks to name a few. Updated grounds, rooms and common areas add to the charm. We loved our stay and will be back if we head to South Dakota again.」

「They have a long waiver list that they don't tell you about prior with many hidden fees. You're expected to clean the room even if it was already dirty or fees apply. No staff was available when I arrived or checked out and they didn't tell us that we'd have to find a piece of paper attached to the building in the dark to be able to get into our room with a code. Very confusing, no hair dryer in the room, dirty in general, and no staff.」

「If I could give it 0 stars, I would!! We arrived at the Love Hotel in Murdo and the entire place looked deserted, not a single car in the parking lot, no staff, no lights, absolutely nobody at the front desk. We tried calling, ringing the bell, waiting… nothing. It honestly looked abandoned. Which come to find out, locals from the town said it had been vacant for the last 3 months! Because there was literally NO ONE there to check us in, we ended up having to find another hotel late at night...

「No one at the hotel, AT ALL, office doors locked, lights out, no instructions, phone number, nothing. Called the hotel number listed online, no answer, no voicemail. Out of desperation we called the other hotel at this exit to see if they had a room, they didn't. In conversation, they said "oh we own that hotel too, you can check in over here" (across the highway). Same deal with icemaker and breakfast, "you can come across the highway to get ice and breakfast." We'll never get off at the...
