The checkin clerk was very rude and did not care about the well being of his guest. The room had torn sheets. Stains all over the curtains. It was very outdated and run down.

I would not stay here. Pay the extra to stay somewhere clean. I have never stayed in a hotel that was so dirty. Plus people live here and party. So plan on no sleep.

Disgusting

Started at front desk! Clerk not polite at all, while i was asking about rooms a friend came in and they started talking and ignored me! Should have left but was exausted! Room was run down! But bed decently comfortable! Fell asleep within minutes for an hour and when woke i saw the filth! Incredibly dirty! ill never use them again

When I checked in, the girl at the counter barely spoke a word. She seemed very put out to have to stand there and do her job. Every other time that I went back to the lobby, no one was there to help me. Breakfast was a sparse joke - we went to McDonalds instead. The bath towels in the room were way too tiny. The room was nothing to write home about.

Bed was comfy and clean.bathroom was clean. Please mop tile with something else. Very dangerously slippery. Pretty quiet where we were in rm 120. Party people on other end did quiet down or go in room about 1100. Overall was exceptable for our need.

Good place for a night sleep

The hotel was what I expected. It was nice,but not fancy. It was clean, comfortable and within driving distance of everything we wanted to do. I don't have any negative feelings about the hotel.

Hotel was what you would expect for a low price hotel but was adequate. Map directions on the other hand were way off and took me a mile away to somebody’ s House. I did not type it in just used the hotels.com-map.

Need renovated and cleaned.

The room was nasty and the facility is run down. I had to change rooms and a new room. I would not recommend this hotel yo anyone. Could be ok for a pet motel.

No hot water

The breakfast was better here than at another America's Best Value Inn but if these rooms were newly renovated like the sign said, I'd hate to see what they were like before. Shower was extremely noisy and hot water was non-existent to barely luke warm.

Only if you have no other options...

As I'm driving up to it, I immediately felt like it was going to be a "grin and bear it" situation and it was. The towels didn't look as if they were completely clean. It kind of just screams 'cheap motel'. Although the bed was comfortable, I would not stay there again.

My stay was very uncomfortable the room was not clean (I walked on the carpet with no shoes) hopped in the shower and the water under my feet was black Chicken bones from the previous guest or maybe several previous guest (who knows how long it was next to the microwave) I was there for a funeral and found no Iron or ironing board ( I got creative with the hair dryer ) I noticed the fire boxes were all pulled or open (so much for trying to get the fire dept if I need to ) Bed and sofa in comfortable

Room had bad odor. Restroom ceiling covered in mildew and leaked water into floor. Bugs in room. Bedding had burn holes. Pictures online were very misleading.

Run down shack with clean, bluest pool in MS

worst place I've ever seen that still had a business licence. Electrical safety issues, wires and outlets hanging out of walls only one in the entire room worked, bathroom light switch was broken neither could flip it up or down you had to giggle it in the middle until it came on or off and hope it stayed on long enough for you to do your business. Refrigerator was unplugged and stunk, no freezer at all, plate on water faucet hung off wall balanced on edge of facet, soap dish in shower is hanging down with screw hanging out of walls, mold on a/c unit and ceiling surrounding several large water stains from roof damage, the bathroom tile alone had 4 different types of tile to complete the little 3x6 foot space, the carpet & blanket had cigarette burns in them, the sofa was badly soiled, there were holes in the wall and blood & urine on toilet. Honestly I've slept at better hotels for $56 in the summer. At midnight, just couldn't drive any longer needed to sleep before driving the remaining 12 hours on our trip. just passed out/slept didn't use anything else!

Nasty and Outdated

The lady at the front desk was very rude. I reserved three rooms. She told me that I couldn't have the rooms together. After seeing several rooms together she agreed. The rooms smelled funny. The sheets were dirty. It was horrible.
