The hotel is old & a bit rundown. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and old. The smoke detector was laying on the bed when i entered the room. One of the pillow cases had 2 cigarette burns. I felt safe & the parking lot was well lit. There was a continental breakfast advertised but when i went to turn my key in, i did not see any breakfast. It was a bed to sleep in for one night...but i wouldn't stay here again.

A bit dated rooms with some sockets out of commission but clean, friendly staff and quiet. Have to provision black out curtains cos it gets very bright at night and the daytime. Say hello to goofy the protective mascot.

Great Place To Stay

I always stay here on my monthly business trips. They are literally like family now. Always friendly and welcoming, good clean comfortable rooms. Plenty of places nearby to eat. I love the area and town folk. Just a nice place overall.

I have stayed here many times over the last few years. Always easy check in and out . Pleasant lower cost place to stay, no frills , away from the big cities. Convenient location for my travel plans, gas stations and a few restaurants around.

This is a very quaint and off the beaten path place to stay. It’s a bit older, but the sheets and bedding’s were very clean. The surrounding area is very spartan/rural, but extremely peaceful. Very easy access to petrol stations and it’s right off or onto the interstate.

Nice no frills hotel

I have stayed about 6 times so far and it is always clean, quiet and comfortable. On my travels from home to Texas, this hotel is about halfway, so the location is perfect for me. Friendly staff and a no frills hotel , but I leave the hotel before the continental breakfast is available.

Favorite Place To Stay

Always my first choice when staying in Wildersville two nights a month on business trips. They have the best staff that are super accommodating when needed. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It's right off the interstate exit but so quiet. I especially love the fact that I'm able to park right in front of my room door because I have so much work stuff to unload. This is a great place to stay with a very reasonable cost.

Conveniently located off the highway. Pull up your car in front of your room-no stairs. Room was worn out but clean. Foer the price point, I was satisfied. All I needed was a roof over my head for the evening

The beds were too soft. Not my comfort level. The rooms were left baking hot. Had to cool the room for an hour before we could comfortably stay. The convenient electric outlet on the bedside lamp stand was damaged and unusable. Besides that the stay was good. It was a place to rest for the night and it did its job.

Okay for a safe clean place to sleep

It is a budget no frills hotel. We were sleeping on a long car trip. Clean enough. Beds okay, my brother said he sank into his bed. I paid an extra fee for breakfast and walked into the lobby to see a sign that said "free breakfast" and the options were sparse and the cereal was stale. I'd have had no issues except the price point was higher than I could have paid 20 minutes down the road.

This is an older property but parking was easy and the location quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some updating has been done, but more is needed. The room was clean, cleaner than what you find in some of the other hotels in the area. I would STRONGLY recommend updating the electrical outlets. As this property is aged, electrical outlet spacing is not to current code, and there is only one per wall. Most of the outlets are occupied by lamps and the TV and those available are loose, causing whatever was plugged in to promptly fall out. The nightstand lamps had outlets installed in the bases, but they did not function. With the electrical needs society currently demands, functioning outlets are a must.

My husband and I travel frequently and always try to stay at smaller, independent motels, not just for the cost effectiveness, but also to support small businesses. As such, we manage our expectations accordingly. The cost and location of this motel was exactly what we needed. There has been some effort put in to updating parts of the room, but other aspects are lacking. The good: The front desk staff was friendly and the check in process was quick and easy. The bed was fairly comfortable, too soft for my preference though. The heat worked amazing and we were comfortably warm in no time. There's an in room fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Shower had excellent water pressure. The bad (from my point of view): The room is very dark, light fixtures have dark shades that make it hard to see. The fixtures in the shower were not properly attached and felt like they were going to fall off. The coffee in room was awful, the packets are not nearly enough for a pot of coffee, and it just makes yellow water, I'd suggest using both packets for a pot. The electrical in our room was barely-functional, the outlets were not properly installed and didn't provide enough power to fully charge a cell phone. In-room hair dryer doesn't function, i tried every outlet to use my own hair dryer and none if them would work either, so prepare to depart wet-haired, made for an overall frustrating morning.
