2nd floor no ac in halls, bathroom had what look like hair on sink and shower fixtures what was suppose to be a clean bathroom. For 3 night stay wasn’t given any room service no towels etc…

Worth the price

Spacious room with comfortable bed and nice amenities. Could use nicer bath towels. Breakfast was good except jelly packets were rock hard and not usable. Good location and decent price.

Place reeked of smoke and drugs. Air fresheners were in place to cover the smell. Check-in attendant was seen smoking with guests, pool was clean. Group of 5 rooms, rooms were today but not really clean.

The bed was the only thing comfortable about this stay. There were roaches in the bathroom. There is no elevator in the hotel which makes it hard for handicapped patrons to access their room. The light in the room buzzed when turned on. Someone threw up in the hall in front of our room. The whole stay was a nightmare. Never again.

Mediocre accommodations

Upon arrival to the Best Western, we stopped in to see if our room was ready. We were an hour before the official check in time. We were told the room was ready but if we wanted to check in we'd have to pay a fee for early check in. No thank you! Once we got to our room, we noticed there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor, the shower curtain was stained and there was a huge crack across the bathroom. The blinds for the window were broken and difficult to raise and lower. Also, they only gave us two towels and washcloths. Seemed extremely minimal. The staff was friendly but the accommodations need some attention.

Did not like it and will never stay in such a motel again. NO elevator!!!! No info about that in description of facility! Breakfast quite limited and some food looked undercooked. This place looked as if a remodeling job had been done, but quite poorly and incompletely. Also, the bathroom door handle was about to come off, the floor sloped, the towels looked gray and yellowed, not white; the shower head was too high and could not be adjusted, and the refrigerator door came partly off. I paid WAY TOO MUCH and regret booking this room at all, and especially through Expedia!! The actual room payment on motel paperwork was almost $30 less than what I paid!!!!

The sink in the bathroom was cracked, water pressure was terrible, the commode was not bolted to the floor- it rocked when you sat down- plus, it was so low to the floor you could barely get up. Was suppose to be a "handicap" room but had no bars to pull yourself up. Carpet was old and worn out in some places. Door to room did not fit...had about an half inch at top that you see daylight. Will never stay there again nor will the other 8 people that traveled with us.
