  • This 3-bedroom 2-bath condo is located on the sixth floor of the complex has a queen bed with adjustable base in the Master Bedroom, and each of the beautifully appointed guest rooms have a queen bed. There are smart TVs in each bedroom and a big screen TV with cable and a DVR in the living room. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available throughout the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the property for your convenience.

    All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit. You will have access to a private 800' fishing pier, and no fishing permit is needed. There is a large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex, complete with community grills and tables for outdoor dining. The complex also offers a tennis court. ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

    Monthly Rentals offered in January and February only. 4 day minimum stay in the off season. Mandatory Saturday to Saturday week stay during the summer.

    Important Notice:
    We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

    The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

    Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    No work will take place on weekends
    To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

    We truly appreciate your patience as we enhance the property, and we hope you'll enjoy a great value stay in a freshly updated building!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was overlooking the pool and beach. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. It was comfy and cozy. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Unit with excellent viiew

Beautiful unit with excellent view. It had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. Enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening. Excellent beach access. Could not have had a better location to beach and area restaurants and area amenities.

Wonderful condo for a great change of scenery

My family just came back from a last minute trip to Amelia Island between Christmas and New Years. While we just missed the great weather (it was in the high 50s, low 60s all but our last day) we had a really nice trip- the change of scenery the doctor ordered. Our first time to Amelia, we loved the beaches, the nature and downtown Fernandina- which is much larger than we expected with all sorts of great restaurants. While we weren't looking for a condo on the 6th floor (would have preferred a house) there are not a lot options when booking three days out. This condo was beautiful and spacious. We were never on top of each- a huge living area and three nice sized bedrooms. Everything was in very good shape. The best part was the view and the sounds. We literally heard the waves all night and, as an early riser, seeing sunrise every morning was a real treat. The location is good- while only walking distance to one restaurant, it is an easy drive to both Harris Teeter and Publix (5 mins) as well as to downtown Fernandina (less than 10). We rode bikes to a few different parks and destinations, too. Very pleased with our decision to stay at Amelia by the Sea.

Exactly as described

We got to the condo after hours, but everything we needed was left for us in a convenient place. Condo was roomy and clean, looked just like the photos. I made thanksgiving dinner while there and the kitchen was equipped for me to be able to do so. The only annoyance was in the restrooms were pedestal sinks, which left no room for a woman’s makeup and things while getting ready. Very minor in my opinion. Overall the unit was clean and comfortable with a great location.
