Come unwind for a weekend — or a few weeks — in beautiful Fernandina Beach! Our private guesthouse, the Heart of Amelia Farmhouse, sits about 10 minutes from the Atlantic beaches, historic downtown Fernandina, and all the shopping, restaurants, and outdoor adventures Amelia Island is known for. You`re also about 30 minutes from Jacksonville (JAX) airport and from St. Marys, where you can catch the ferry to Cumberland Island for a day on the wild beach.

THE SPACE
Our private, two-story guest suite has its own entrance, tucked behind our home for peace and privacy.
• Downstairs: an Amelia Earhart–themed master bedroom and a luxury bath with a walk-in shower and a stand-alone soaking tub, plus a large dining area with seating for the whole group.
• Kitchenette: full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig, and all the dishes and essentials for snacks, sandwiches, and take-out. (Please note: there is no full stove/oven, but there is an induction cooktop — great for small to medium meals.)
• Upstairs: a spacious entertainment room the kids — and the young at heart — love, with a mini sofa, bunk beds, game table, big-screen TV, and fast WiFi.
• Living-room fireplace with streaming access to your favorite movies and shows.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We`re in the quiet, friendly Piney Island neighborhood — perfect for a peaceful walk or bike ride along the marsh — and a short drive to the island`s beaches and downtown. We live on-site in a separate home, so we`re close by and happy to help, while you enjoy your own completely private entrance and space.

GETTING IN
Park in either of the two designated visitor spots and enter through the side gate just past the parking area; follow the walkway to the two-story farmhouse at the end.

PETS & POLICIES
• Dog-friendly: up to 2 dogs. Sorry, no cats.
• Dogs must be registered and leashed outdoors at all times ($50 per incident for non-compliance).
• Our prices include all fees — no hidden charges.
