I checked in around 7 PM and didn’t get my room until after 8 due to a long line and only one receptionist working. I want to say upfront—she was doing her best and offered excellent service given the situation, but she clearly needed help.
After going out to eat with my wife, we returned around 9 PM and found that the bed had a visible stain and hair in it, which was very disappointing. It gave the impression the linens hadn’t been changed. While the rest of the room was okay, the overall cleanliness and upkeep felt mediocre.
Another issue was the $100 deposit. I understand hotels require deposits, but based on the condition of the room, a $50 deposit would feel more appropriate. I haven’t received the refund yet, so I can’t speak on how quickly they return it.
This stay did not meet expectations. The location was average, and the property felt understaffed and not properly maintained. I wouldn’t return unless major improvements are made.
