Relax and rejuvenate in the truly spectacular resort style backyard and home in the charming, walkable (also great for biking) historic Avondale neighborhood of Jacksonville. Sleeps 8. Light, open beautiful spaces inside and out. Upstairs & down A/C Units, Gas fireplace, 4 tvs including smartframe tv, portable desk, printer, Amazon, Netflix, Apple TV, gorgeous lighting. Well-appointed rooms and gourmet kitchen, with sleeper sofa. Ultra Hi Speed Internet. Beds are all uber comfortable with Columbia toppers on each. Fine linens, coffee & tea bar, fresh flowers throughout. Easy access to I-95, 10, 295. 15 mins from stadium and 25 mins from beautiful JAX beaches or JAX Airport. Finely appointed decor and finishes throughout you truly feel like you may never want to leave! Sprawling backyard includes great seating, Saltwater pool, pond, fountains, yoga platform, lush outdoor grounds, herb & veggie garden, grill, fire pit, his ‘n her bikes.

Fabulous!
The home is beautifully decorated with plenty of comfortable furniture to fit our large family. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to cook for a large group. The back yard is amazing. We love to entertain outdoors and we used the exterior area and pool as much as the interior. Everyone felt like we were at a beautiful resort. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Fabulous. Would stay here again and again. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us.

"Mariposa" is AMAZING and SERENE
Our stay at Mariposa was absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfect, welcoming, and beautiful. Angela was an amazing host, very responsive, and had great attention to detail throughout her gorgeous property. We held a smallish baby shower and all of our guests mentioned how inviting, calm, and lovely the property was. Each and every room of this property is stunning, and the pool area was an absolute dream. We thoroughly enjoyed the saltwater pool and felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. I would highly recommend this host and property to anyone who is considering it! Thank you so much Angela, we hope to stay again in the future!
