Welcome to your perfect short-term getaway—ideally located near Mayo Clinic, world-class golf communities, and the beautiful beaches of Ponte Vedra. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers comfort, entertainment, and relaxation for families, groups, or business travelers. This home is one story.
✨ Sleeping Arrangements:
• Two private master en suites, each with a king bed and its own bathroom
• One queen bedroom
• One bedroom with two twin beds—great for kids or extra guests
🃏 Entertainment & Gathering Spaces:
• Dedicated poker room complete with poker table and bar cart. Poker tabke canbeconverted to additional dining space.
• Comfortable living areas with plenty of room to spread out and unwind
🌴 Outdoor Oasis:
• In ground pool perfect for cooling off and lounging
• Outdoor dining table for meals or evening cocktails
• Large fenced yard with space for cornhole and outdoor games

• Minutes to the Atlantic Ocean and Ponte Vedra beaches
• Close to Mayo Clinic
• Surrounded by top golf courses and upscale communities

Access is for entire hme with the exception of the storage building in the back yard.
This is a Non Smoking property. There is a minimum of a $500.00 fine if property is found to have been smoked in.
Decor and landscape are subject to change with the season.
For bookings over 28 days a short term rental agreement and security deposit will be required.
PETS:
We warmly welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don`t like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviews our following guidelines and agree to them. Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under
20 lbs. or 1 dog under 40 lbs. If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it. There will be a higher fee for a single dog over 40 lbs. Breed and age are needed and they must be on a current flea/tick protocol. NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs. Must be completely house trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
EXTRA HOSPITALITY SERVICES:
Traveling for a special occasion or need a hand preparing for your arrival? We gladly offer additional services to help make your arrival as relaxing as possible, or to highlight a special celebration or milestone you might be celebrating. Please inquire about availability and additional pricing for the following: Grocery delivery and stock - Send us a list and we can acquire the needed items for you and have them put away by the time you arrive, so you can start the relaxation immediately! Decor for special celebration or occasion, such as Bachelorette weekend, Babymoon, Honeymoon, Anniversary, or any other special time. Daily linen turndown and bathroom refresh These services are gladly provided when requested in advance. Fee will depend on number of guests, scope of needs, and length of stay. Please ask me about details and we`d love to help make your time with us as special as possible!
BEACH LIFE RENTALS- your one-stop shop for all of your beach rental and bike needs. Offering beach cruisers, children`s bikes & accessories, surfboards, boogie boards, skimboards, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas. We also offer delivery and pickup on beach and bicycle rentals.
