With inviting amenities and modern upgrades, Atlantic Beach Basecamp is an attractive spot for family vacations and friend gatherings! The house has 3 bedrooms all outfitted with highly rated memory foam mattresses and 2 bathrooms. The garage provides a great space to relax and play games.

The space has plenty to offer! There is a large vaulted ceiling with an open floor plan to accommodate a great family or friend gathering experience. The back patio is also large enough to lounge or dine under while enjoying our beautiful North Florida weather. Covering a large portion of the back yard are mature oaks that provide shade all day long. The space is thoughtfully designed and decorated.

Guests will have complete access to the entire property.

Guest interaction will be on a need be basis. We are local, and can be reached if needed, but want to respect your privacy.

This charming neighborhood is very safe and filled with friendly long term tenants. Next to the Mayport Navy Base and across the street from Hannah Park, there is no shortage things to do.

Car, taxi, and bicycles are all great ways to get around.

Atlantic Beach town center is just a short drive away and has lots of restaurants, bars and night life. Down the road just a little further is the Jax Beach restaurant and bar district. Also, the Sea-walk Pavilion, which is home to the many local festivals we have each year, and the Jax Beach fishing pier, are a few of the local hotspots!

There is also a local boat ramp right around the corner :-)

When booking this unit, you understand and agree that, any infarctions on the above stated house rules could result in loss of partial or full deposit.

- Quiet hours are set by the city between 10pm-8am.
- If using propane grill, please do not cook under covered area. Move grill out
from under roof structure while in use. Ensure propane tank is turned off after
use, and grill cover is replaced after it has cooled.
- No smoking inside or outside under covered areas. Dispose of butts
appropriately if smoking outside.
- Use provided make up wipes/rags to remove makeup.
- Must start load of used towels the morning of your check out date.
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit.
- Pet fee: $75
No pets allowed on beds. Please pick up after your pets. We love dogs, but
if your pup barks when you are not home, we kindly ask that you make
other arrangements. No other animals allowed.
