Newly Renovated- Great Pool!

This was one of the best properties we have rented in Jacksonville. It is beautifully renovated, the backyard is comfortable, and the heated pool is outstanding. No extra fee for heating the pool, BONUS!

Beach vacation

Our family (all adults over 21) had a great time and fit very comfortably in the house with 8 of us. We grilled by the pool, cooked a nice dinner one night and the house had everything necessary. Easy walk to the beach or there was convenient parking too.

Great Home and Outdoor Space

We stayed with a family of 7. There was plenty of room and everyone agreed the outdoor space and pool were the best part! The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very close to the beaches and restaurants. We had an amazing time and would definitely book again!

Atlantic Breeze is the Perfect Name for this Beautiful Home.

As a family Christmas present to our children we book a long weekend somewhere together and this year we chose Jacksonville Beach Area. Booked our stay in the Atlantic Breeze Home. This home was the most family friendly home with everyday supplies ready for us. The home was clean and beautiful. We spent lots of time around the Pool area which was a perfect place to be and enjoy the Florida Sunshine. Atlantic Breeze Home will be kept in my file for a return trip.

Close to Mayo, very nice

Property was very clean. We enjoyed staying there , easy to get to Mayo. Of course our Mayo appt.happened on the coldest days Florida had in years. The pool area was beautiful. Host was very understanding.

Nice get away

Had a great time. We had 4 adults during the stay. No issues at all and the amenities were very nice. The pool was a little cool at this time of the year, but I could see good use of it later in the year. The house was conveniently located near the beach and other family members in the area. I would stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

The backyard is perfect at this property. The heated pool was so nice especially since the weather wasn’t very warm. Plenty of seating outside. The inside is very clean and organized. Kitchen was fully stocked and cabinets were labeled. Location of the house is very convenient. Lots of places that are walkable including beach access.

Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Mayo Clinic

Property was great. Heated pool was a major plus. The house was well organized and instructions were simple. We had to unexpectedly extend our trip and the host was amazing at helping us with that. It took one email and about 5 minutes and it was done. We will definitely try to stay here again during my future visits to the Mayo Clinic

Great place!

We had a great time in Jax Beach. This place was close to everything just as mentioned. Only thing was the freezer smelled like fish and wish there would have been a hose up front to wash the sand off our feet after going to the beach. Other than that we had a great stay!

Everything was as advertised. Had coffee pods, towels (inc. beach), beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, 6 blocks from the beach (13-15 min walk) - a little longer (2 blocks) to use the cross walk. Walking distance to the main shopping district. 5 min drive to Publix and ABC liquors. Beds were comfy. Ample pillows. Outdoor area was prefect for our family of 5 (10-18 yrs old). We loved our stay. Thank you so much!

Christmas in Jacksonville

My son had major surgery at Mayo Clinic on December 30 and was told he would be hospitalized for 3-5 days after surgery. We booked this house for our family to be together and close to the hospital. The house was perfect. Close to the hospital, walk to the beach, dog friendly, clean, and well equipped. The back yard with the heated pool and fire pit was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Relaxing Respite

Every detail describing this property is accurate. It is immaculate, well furnished, great amenities and walkable to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard, patio and pool are wonderful. Little slice of paradise

We loved staying here! The house was beautifully updated and perfect for two couples + our babies. We enjoyed the outside area, it had nice landscaping and a gorgeous pool with surrounding area. It was a few blocks to beach but we just did a sunset walk. Might be a lot to do with all the beach gear if you were planning a full beach day. The master room was also really nice, comfy bed and great shower! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting the Jax Beach area.

Amazing Pool

We traveled from Ohio to attend my daughter's baby shower who lives in Jax. This place had everything we needed. Towels for the pool, everything needed for a beach day, bed space for everyone, even a cooler. The pool was absolutely amazing. The outdoor space was perfect and where we hung out the most. If I had to say a thorn to all the roses it might be the stiff sliding door. That's it, The rest was wonderful. We hope to be back again.
