“The apartment was well appointed, so much so that I ordered a kitchen gadget for my own home that was in the apartment. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies (dishes, pots and pans, storage containers). A kitchen kit with dish soap, sponge and laundry detergent was provided. The area has everything that you would need. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Also close to freeway access. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were spacious. “Everything was clean, kitchen had paper towels (idk why I appreciate this so much when it happens lol), plenty of towels, throw blankets, TVs, easy parking, and host had the AC on for us before we got there so it wasn’t super hot inside. “The accommodations were immaculate. My original booking wasn’t available so I was upgraded to a three bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment.Full kitchen with washer and dryer. There was a screened in patio facing the trees. Very private. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. Would definitely recommend and go back. ”

“The location of this property is great. It's right by the river. We were using the time here as an escape/relax time and we're successful. I want to say the pool was great but I can't give my opinion as the weather wasn't cooperative. However, my daughter, who has no cares about outside temps or wind or cloud cover, thought it was GREAT. There were plenty of towels. The house was immaculate. 10/10, would definitely look for this location again if traveling to the area. ”

“This was our third stay in this house in Jacksonville. Such a welcoming hostess and we find her house to be so comfortable and accommodating. Twice I’ve stayed with just my mom and my sister - once with a family group of 8 for a wedding and all three times we had such wonderful stays. “Love Jacksonvile to begin with but this house is in a perfect spot and the history and character it has was amazing. We were able to walk to Publix for a few things and it is close to so many restaurants and businesses. The weather was beautiful and the patio was perfect! Had a question and called instead of texting and owner pick up right away! Everything was excellent right down to the nice neighbor who allowed us to love on her little puppy while walking her. Great stay and would stay again!”

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
