"Hotel staff was nice. Rooms were a different story. We had dirty sheets on the pull out sofa, shower made werid sounds, toliet kept sticking and then not flushing at all. When we asked for extra pillows we were told they would check availability and then took almost 1hr to bring 1 pillow to the door (pull out bed did not have any pillows) and when we went for extra towels and washcloths as the room only had 2 sets we could only get a few extra towels but no washcloths (we had 4 people in our room) Doors are not fire safe, windows on 3rd floor were not safety windows, and the walls were super thin. Pool was nice but breakfast def left a lot to be desired. Definitely will not be staying here again. "
