“My wife and I had booked the location to celebrate my birthday and had made reservations for an event at a "local" (45 minutes) Paso Robles winery to celebrate same. Due to circumstances beyond the owner's control (weather), we were not able to attend our event because the run-off that flows across the main entrance to the property had risen above our vehicle's undercarriage not only preventing us from attending the scheduled function but, delaying our departure by 24 hours. “Stayed at Justin’s place for 3 nights with my 6 year old Shih Tzu. Everything was communicated accurately and in timely manner. Nice property, clean and exactly as listed. It is Close to many touristy spots but still very peaceful in an amazing neighborhood. Will certainly stay again in near future”

“The house and location are great for family gatherings or large groups. The indoor and outdoor areas are very spacious with ample room to gather or find solace. The kitchen was fully stocked with a large dining table for communal eating. The view from the balcony was stunning! The boat dock is a 5-minute walk down the hill, but the water didn't look swim-worthy. If you're looking to get away from people and urban living, this is a wonderful refuge. Be prepared to drive about an hour inland……

Kitchen was good sized for preparing family dinners and had lots of storage and well stocked with supplies. We had dinner on the beautiful deck every nite and enjoyed the outdoor living space.
