the service was very disappointing: - my colleague left his passport in the room and we called the hotel but they said NO right away even without checking, not until we insisted, they went to check and it was there. - we asked if the hotel could arrange go-jek to deliver it to us at the airport but they refused to. we had a local friend to help order the go-jek service for us which could've been done by the hotel easily. - we went for the 100 min in-room massage service but they ended the service at 70-75 mins and left

I had a very pleasant stay at Avissa Suites. Great view from the restaurant and terrace. Fantastic staff. From Front Office over Housekeeping or Security to the Restaurant staff super friendly. Thank you very much !

The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Also walkable to Lotte and other malls which is convenient. They have a small rooftop area which is nice to sit and do some work. The first room I got the fridge had mould and shower head was looking very dirty. It was a large room but I asked to change which they happily did. Wifi was very poor in the second room but cleanliness was improved. Breakfast was mainly local food and not much vegetarian options. One day there were many ants in the fruit plate which not hygienic. For the price it was ok but I'll stay at another spot next time

Bon hôtel de passage. Attention cependant à l emplacement des chambres. La notre donnait sur une bretelle d autoroute et le bruit des voitures était insupportable. Restaurant très moyen mais petite terrasse sympa.

Service is impeccable, check in and out were seamless. Breakfast is wholesome with great variation to fuel the day. Hotel is strategically located, short walk to Lotte Mall and there's a mart opposite. Like the design where air con is individually set up in every room. Will return again.
