「Great location, a tiny bit off the beaten bath between Cortland and Syracuse..worth the extra few minutes driving from the highway. New looking, very clean, spacious rooms, easy parking. Nice sports bar/restaurant on the premises also overlooking the golf course and hills in the distance. The host was en exceptional communicator!」

「I would absolutely 100% stay at this property again. It is absolutely gorgeous. Very quiet. Far better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We will be back」

「The room looks just like the pictures, it was clean and spacious!」

「Very clean and nice place. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would stay here again for sure.」

「Clean. Nice and warm when I came in in the winter.」

「This was a great property. A clean comfortable room. I can be a fussy sleeper, especially when traveling, but I left this stay refreshed and relaxed after a couple nights of great sleep.」

「The Boathouse is literally on the water with all of the amenities you need to take in the pond and nature. It is a quiet and serene area. My only recommendation is load up with beer, wine and food before arriving. You won’t want to leave and there isn’t much food in area.」

「Good communication and welcoming host. Set up the cottage very nice for us and it was much appreciated. 」

「Adorable little cabin! Perfect for 5 of us staying there. Would definitely stay there again!」

「Easy checkin!」

「This place was in a beautiful quiet location and perfect for our stay. We had a wedding at the Hayloft on the Arch and spent some time at turning stone. We had a nice breakfast in the cabin with coffee on the porch over looking the beautiful grounds in the morning before leaving.」
