“This property is a gem. Located in the town of Rumford, the home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The request to avoid wearing shoes on the hardwood floors is completely understandable, as the floors are beautiful and clearly well cared for.We were especially grateful to arrive and find the air conditioning already keeping the home cool, since we experienced several days with temperatures near 100 degrees. The kitchen was convenient, the property was pet-friendly, and……

“Honestly, this property and the whole experience exceeded all my expectations (which were already pretty high). Kent and the team were so accommodating, making sure that we had everything that we needed and were available at any time. They made special plans to accommodate some friends for a day visit and were so kind and helpful. The property itself was so perfect for what we wanted and the dog so enjoyed the freedom that only a private island can bring! Thanks, Kent, for a very memorable stay.……

“My husband and I had a wonderful week at Tina's place in Wayne! The house is situated in a quiet spot on a very wooded lake... the views are amazing! There are plenty of seating options outside... chairs and picnic table.... to enjoy watching the ducks, the loons, the sunset, and the stars. The outside was lovely, with gardens and grassy areas. The kayaks and life vests let us explore Wilson Pond and the adjoining Dexter Pond, seeing osprey, a bald eagle, turtles and other wildlife. The……
