“The house is beautiful and located right on the water. Lara provided great information and was very helpful. We loved our stay.”

“Great communication. Great parking. It's right on a very busy street. Safe walkable location. Town house itself was a little quirky. There's a bedroom with a pullout on the first floor, living space on second floor, master suite on third floor and a roof deck. Lots of stairs. The HVAC was unusual, heat in each room AC only in some rooms. Overall, very good.”

“Very awesome place. Easy to find and navigate. The deck was great with a good view of the water and a quiet place to sit. Inside had everything from a small kitchen, laundry room and the bedrooms were great. A great place just to relax and enjoy.”

“Awesome location. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio overlooking the harbor, but the view inside the living room was just as amazing. Beds were comfortable and the host was very proactive in all communications. On street parking was not an issue. I was concerned about getting to the location looking at it on the map it looked kind of messy right off the bridge with many turns, but it was easy to find and there were multiple parking spots right out in front of it. Only thing to be aware of……

“The host was great from start to finish. Everything in the instructions was very clear and the host was very responsive throughout. A very nice place and very clean. Will book again if looking in the area.”

“Everything was very clean, and the kitchen, bathrooms, and linens were stocked. A bigger cookie sheet would’ve been great. Also, the bunk beds are not anchored to the wall which makes them dangerous, they almost tipped over when one of our guests was getting out. Other than that, the place was fanatic and clean and we had a great time!”

“Mike is an excellent attentive host. He set up the home to meet our needs (including for small children) and answered all of our questions. We loved access to the playground and swim spa and appreciated the baby gate at the top of the stairs.The home itself has all the type of equipment you’d need— lots of items in the kitchen, towels, soap & shampoo. Plus the different zones provided great group AND secluded hangout zones for our big crew.”
