"My first room had a roach in the bathtub and a foul odor and the sink was stopping up. My second room (atleast they did give me another one), had what looked to be mold maybe in the shower, the top sheet wasn’t clean, window looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. And one of the front desk workers (didn’t get her name) was RUDE! Didn’t respond when I greeted her and looked like I was already getting on her nerves and I hadnt Said anything but hello! "
