“We enjoyed our 2 night stay during a cousins reunion in Gettysburg. Hanover is a quick drive and having a big home and a nice yard was a nice change from staying at a hotel. We invited our cousins to come visit in the afternoon following a guided tour of the battlefields. Our family enjoyed being in a historic home from the same era.”

“We loved our stay here! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable! For those of us with artificial fragrance sensitivities, I was very excited to learn that they don't use any plug-ins or heavy fragrances anywhere in the house! "Free and clear" laundry soap meant that we didn't have to worry about bringing our own pillows etc! While the multi-levels of the house would pose problems for some with mobility issues, this house was perfect for our family with a total of 8 kids, ranging in ages……

“What a beautiful house. From the wood floors,to the wood work around the house and the build in cabinets. The house made me feel like home. I spent so much time on the front porch swing. I just wish it was turned looking out towards the road. Having my back to the neighbors was odd. Especially when they were talking to you. Which brings me to the neighbors. “We enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous farmhouse with character AND all the modern amenities/updates. The catch and release pond was fun and we spotted lots of wildlife (eagles, turkeys, deer, and more). The location was peaceful and remote, yet it was a short drive to Gettysburg. Great all around!”
